The service
Holiday delivers messages, stories and puzzles written in the voice of Santa Claus, for entertainment purposes, to a child whose parent or guardian has set them up. A parent chooses how those messages arrive: in the kid app on an iPad they pair, or as text messages to a phone number they register and verify control of. It is not affiliated with any other Santa-related product or service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any kid you register to use Holiday. By registering a phone number, you confirm you have the right to consent to that number receiving text messages from us. By pairing an iPad, you confirm it is a device you control.
Messaging
These terms apply to text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt that number out at any time; reply HELP for support. We may pause or throttle sending to a number that appears to be misused or that we can't verify.
Billing (not yet active)
When billing is enabled, subscriptions will show a clear renewal date in your dashboard at all times, we'll email a reminder before any renewal charge, and cancellation will be available with one click, with no retention flow or need to contact support.
Acceptable use
Don't use Holiday to register a phone number you don't have the right to use, to send abusive content through the reply channel, or to attempt to extract information the service isn't designed to provide.
No warranty
Holiday is provided as-is, for entertainment purposes. Messages are generated by an AI system and, while designed to stay in character and age-appropriate, may occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or not sent at all.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
